Fill out the form below and attach a photo of your latest bill from your current trash company. It needs to show your name, the service address, and a recent date.

We confirm the switch

Our office checks that the address is on our routes and that you’re a new customer. You get your personal code by text and email, usually the same business day.

Sign up, pay $0 setup

Start service on our homepage and enter the code at checkout. The $89 delivery & setup drops to $0. You pay your first month only, then just the monthly plan.

Switch offer terms

  • Available to new Action Disposal customers switching from another residential trash hauler, at an address on our current routes.
  • A current bill from your existing hauler is required, showing your name, the service address, and a date within the last 60 days.
  • One waiver per household. Not available for new-construction homes without an existing service, or for addresses already served by Action Disposal.
  • The waiver removes the one-time $89 delivery & setup fee only. Monthly plan pricing, extra cans, and recycling are unchanged.
  • If service is cancelled within 6 months of starting, the waived $89 is charged to the payment method on file.
  • Codes are personal, issued after review, and expire 30 days after they are sent. Offer may be changed or withdrawn at any time; requests already approved will be honored.
