The local alternative to the big haulers.
National companies treat you like an account number. We treat you like a neighbor, because you are one.
A real person answers
Call and you reach our local office, people who know your street, not a call center in another state.
Consistent weekly pickup
Same route, same day, every week, and a text when the truck is on its way.
Locally owned & operated
Neighbors serving neighbors across Middle Tennessee since 2021, and now Smyrna.
Our own trucks and crew
Five trucks, drivers who run the same route every week, and a dispatch that watches every stop, so a missed can gets caught the same day.
The people who will know your street.
Action Disposal started in 2021 on one principle: show up, every week, and leave the place better than you found it. We built our name in Brentwood and Williamson County, and now we’re bringing the same crew, the same trucks, and the same phone number to Smyrna. Our drivers run the same neighborhoods every week, so they learn which house is backdoor, which gate sticks, and which can is yours.
